I am not attacking others on this forum and I will post whatever I want to as long as it is within the rules of the forum which what I am saying about Azarenka clearly is. I know for you there are only four players who matter--Laver, Serena, Nadal and Sharapova and the others are dirt and constant targets of your hatred but that is your problem not mine.

Sounds like someone's #mad.

We've heard all these "woulda, coulda, shoulda" scenarios put forth by fans of #Serena's opponents throughout the years. You are no different in this regard. I might add the exception being those fans favorites who ACTUALLY challenged and defeated #Serena in grand slam matches, which is what makes your delusions of grandeur regarding #Azarenka quite remarkable.

I guess I could see your point if #Azarenka weren't chronically injured and malignantly declining in the rankings. #Serena won't be playing with the flu at #Wimbledon like she was in #Paris, so things for her fans are looking very positive.

Age will eventually drop #Serena's level of play. It happens to all players. However, I'm highly doubtful it will be #Azarenka who will replace her at the top.

Cheerup! Maybe #Azarenka can catch a lucky draw and #Maria loses in the early rounds. That is, if she actually makes to #London.

Lol she only does it to annoy people. People ragged on her so hard the first time she did it, she went into triple overdrive. The religious stuff, too. I'm amazed at how effective it is, even after all this time :) #TrollingForJesus #MakeAJoyousHashtag

I am actually not an Azarenka fanboy(or a fanboy of any player) at all so I can be more objective than you can on this subject. When I look at the WTA I only see two players who have the ability to beat Serena on the biggest stages later on in an event and they are Kvitova and Azarenka but I would put Azarenka ahead of Kvitova because Kvitova is more of a head case.

If you can't see that Azarenka has seriously challenged Serena the most in their last half a dozen matches which were tight contests, I don't know what to tell you. IMO Azarenka is getting closer in her quest to beat Serena again and I would be very surprised if she did not accomplish that soon.

No hope on my part, I am using my eyes and being as objective as possible, something you clearly have trouble doing. ;)

I see #Azarenka is preparing for retirement. My husband and I moved to #Arizona for our retirement. The kids/grandchildren use our home in #Florida for vacations and my grandson takes care of the maintenance. As well he should because it will be his one day. We very rarely go back to #Florida except if the kids want to spend the Christmas/New Year holiday there.

You say you can be objective about #Azarenka, yet you seem to have her stuck in a tight bodily crevice down there. #Kvitova's record outside of #Wimbledon continues to be inconsistent and everyone has seen #Azarenka's continued downward spiral. You were aware that #Serena is 2-0 vs #Kvitova at #Wimbledon?

There isn't anyone right now who has shown the ability to consistently challenge #Serena. I suspect a younger player like #MadisonKeys will eventually step forward.

You've yet to acknowledge #Serena's viral illness the last time they played and #Serena still won being match point down x 3. "Seriously challenge" in the sport of tennis means having the ability to defeat, which is shown by actually defeating the player. Haven't seen that from #Azarenka.

I learned long ago in tennis that results and history matter. I don't subscribe to "woulda, coulda, shoulda" scenarios which are laced in fantastical projection which hold zero credibility. Word on the street is that #Kvitova and #Azarenka were given the nod two years ago to overtake #Serena but couldn't get the job done.

You shouldn't give-up hope. If #Azarenka doesn't retire soon, she might have a chance to go deep in a grand slam tournament if the draw opens up ala #WimbledonBartoli. #GirlBye

You do realize Azarenka leads the slam h2h over Sharapova 2-1 right?

I am a Sharapova fan but to say Azarenka isn't going to beat Sharapova any time soon is disingenuous.

As for whether or not Azarenka will actually get the win over Serena any time soon, we shall see. I am not a psychic and neither are you I presume. ;) Let the best woman win. I am sure if Azarenka somehow does manage to beat Serena in a big stage match, you will find it in your heart to give Azarenka full credit. Right?
Somehow I think hell may freeze over first before you would do that. :)
