thank you ><

makes a guy want to go to sleep instead of watch the tennis D:

I'm willing to just ignore the guy, but I'm warning you, he'll have to be dealt with sooner or later. The second anybody says anything negative about Murray, he'll start polluting the thread with yet more nonsense.

No, just hoping to build a consensus that you need to STFU and chill out stop commencing litigation everytime somebody says something that is even remotely negative about your mancrush.

Comfortable set for Andy, I doubt Taylor has anything left really but I don't expect him to fold. Hopefully some more entertaining tennis left :)

Mancrush, great name for a prog-rock band.

Not helping that Taylor's not serving well. Too bad. Would've been nice to see him "on" playing Andy.

Murray has almost finished his Dental work for today. So much for S&V.

Well,I still think this is a great result for Dent as it is,remember that the guy thought his tennis career was over.

Few people thought he had much chance today anyway.

This is a perfect example of why s+v is not coming back.It will not work in the modern game. I do think that the players today should come in more at the right times, to many times they sit back+ let a floater come back to them.

But to just keep coming in like dent is doing is never going to work, sorry to all you s+v fans but thats just the way it is.

Actually the problem is that Taylor isn't coming in enough - not too much. And he's not coming in on great approaches and he's not mixing up his first enough.

Dent needs to keep smacking 145mph serves down the "T" every time from now on.

He's pretty much screwed either way. If he serves wide, he gives a decent angle on the return; if he serves down the T or into his body, he has nowhere to hit the volley into.

It's too bad Dent isn't playing as well as he was on Friday night. To make matters worse, this has got to be the most sedate crowd of all the night sessions so far this tournament. So many empty box seats, too. It's pretty sad.

He's playing about the same, it's just that his opponent has a much different skill set from who he played on Friday.

You hit the volley behind Murray, deep and into the corner. Sampras made a living doing just that.

That has a lot to do with whome he's facing IMO.Murray has the game to make life miserable for players like Dent.

I guess we'll have to disagree on this. Part of the problem is, of course, Murray's on the other side of the net. But Dent is missing a lot of easy shots and volleys he was making two nights ago. I guess you can claim this is due to Murray, but only in the sense of Dent feeling extra pressure and buckling under it.

actually, it will work in the modern game... Dent's just not good enough at it to beat the number 2 player in the world...
