usually if your serve is going long, and it is a problem with the toss, its from the toss being either too close to you, relative to the baseline, or the contact point being a little too high for you, or a combination of the two. maybe try making those adjustments and see if they help.

If you don't feel like your toss / contact point has changed and the balls are going long, make sure you're swinging up with as much racket head speed as you can muster.

Assuming you've ruled this out...

For me, when the ball is going long on a serve with a topspin component, my contact point is too far in front of me. I have to hit the ball directly or slightly behind my head... I may toss the ball into the court, but I lean in / follow it in, to keep the contact point where I need it.

when mine is going long the first thing i look for is, im probably not swinging as hard as i should be. that usually fixes it.

It may be the wrist snap but I find this happens more if you aren't tossing the ball well. When I'm transferring motion to the back foot, I toss it during this part of the wind-up. It gives a pretty good toss most of the time.

Whatever it takes to hit the ball 7" lower, will get the ball in.
Kick, toss forward more..
Topspin, same ding...
But "foreward more" means in relationship to your head. So don't change your movement into the court when you adjust your toss.
