I'm so excited to see nadal tonight! And I'm actually rooting for Fred right now to get that fedal QF

The dreaded time is coming for Fed fans again.

I noticed in the interview after his match with CoolSchreiber how Fed said he is taking it one match at a time, and mentioned Haas, then Nadal, then Djokovic in a sentence as his potential opponents, with no show of emotion, as if to say that a match with Nadal is going to be routine! He knows that it is the end of the tourney for him, old racket or new racket doesn't matter. Worse, he said his back pain is completely gone, and so unless he comes up with some other excuse, it is going to be a huge problem for him.

He makes excuses like back pain, but he can be credible only for so long.

Ok everyone, better sit down for this one because I will actually write something positive about Nadal. I watched his last two matches and I have to say he is no longer just a clay courter and a pusher. He is completely outplaying people with his forehand and making winners all over the place. I wish he wasn't playing so well but unfortunately he is. I hope it stops soon or else we have a problem.

No it's not. Nadal is not an easy player to support when you consider his constant injury woes and how Cvac owns him. He is also stubborn as can be and almost always refuses to be aggressive. He also relies far too much on confidence to play well. Being a Fed or Cvac fan is far easier.

Espn isn't showing Nadal any love.... Not showing his match live on tv and playing little league baseball instead... Absolutely pathetic. And they womder why American tennis sucks so bad? Maybe because it isn't promoted AT ALL

I really wanted to see him wear his 2012 US Open line, it looked sick (sort of reminiscent of his 2010 USO gear). His new line, which I love, makes him look like an x-men character, his superpower? Amazing tennis skills and unreal amounts of charisma!
