New insoles were burning my arches

Took out the soles and replaced with these, as some protection for my knees.
Way bigger arch (I have flat arches), so my arch muscles were burning.
Will try a few times, to see if I get used to them.

If you don't need arch support, you shouldn't get arch support.

It will take some time to get used to. I don't know whether you always had flat arches or if they fell. If the latter, then they might work out in the long run.
