Has anyone heard of/had experience with this string? Anyone planning on grabbing some for a tryout? I'm curious how good this stuff is.

From the package, yes...basically, the same string with a "new coating" for "excellent elasticity" with "focused ball control". Just received, so no feedback on how it works compared to "usual" PP...

TOTALLY new, and different string - no way is it anywhere close to the Poly Power referred to earlier in this 'post' - the name is a registered ATP one, so totally new string, and a slightly similar 'name'. Try it - you will for sure like it - most testing, find it right up there with the Poly Force 'original' but a bit more control - like Chris said in the Vlog review...can't beat the $ either for a GER Mfg'd string...

I've actually both in stock, so i can compare them within a few days. But from what you say looks like you already tried it, so probaly what you say is correct...BUT...the old PP was already a registered ATP name <BTW, "Poly Power" is a registered PACIFIC Entermark name, not a "slightly similar name" as you state>. Plus, not all the new strings i've received as of now from Pacific are "totally new strings"; they are often improved/aestethically revised indeed...and sometimes, the only "novelty" is the package...

However, i'll string and test this one ASAP

Eiffel, have you had a chance to try it out yet? How does it play and how does it compare to other polys?
