NHLPA support PTPA

Having the NBAPA support is good. They’re the strongest players Union of any sport in the world. Quite glad this is beginning to have the air of inevitability that it will last and be a significant force. Particularly because the obvious 2 corporate sellouts don’t want to associate with it.

It is not yet clear what exactly the platform of the PTPA is, so players from other sports expressing "support" for PTPA is quite meaningless.

You can't see platform because it's under media/mafia darkness... I will make thread soon with more information... Be ready to be surprised... ;)
And try to look at things through players benefits, not Novak hatred...

Any random person who is little bit socially aware will always support Players union or association which decent works for work-place conditions and respectable wages for lower ranked players .

Most fanboys hate this idea because they hate Novak .

If PTPA was being started by someone from Britain or America ,let's say Andy Murray or Agassi then Media would have hailed them as Mahatmas .

Forget PTPA , but if big names like Novak Serena Nadal Venus Federer Sharapova joined hands to form such a player union or association for the welfare of Tennis players and their rights , it would go a long way . It would have been a run-away success . Lower ranked players would benefit alot .
Sadly , they don't think this way .

Thought Serena was supporting Djoker and PTPA, but she might be another phony like Fed who cannot really be trusted...

So, basically every American professional players' association supported PTPA?

That is HUGE!

It really is. Means the ATP/WTA head honchos can no longer treat 'em as a fly to be swatted. This was a clearly coordinated PR campaign from the PTPA and I say good for them.

This could well be one of the most important things in Djokovic's legacy.

The great Oscar Robertson (IMO the only non-center who can be said to have been even better than Jordan) is known for two things: 1) the NBA's first triple-double season (though Russell Westbrook has diluted this historic achievement a tiny bit since) and 2) his seminal role in establishing free agency for his fellow players which had ripple effects outside the league. If Novak (plus Pop and their team) manages to secure even a fraction of that bargaining power for his colleagues his legacy will justly be given an extra boost, though beard is right to add we shouldn't be looking at this issue through a partisan lens.
