Nike Voucher Question

Does this cover a cracked air pocket in the heel? My 4.3's still have decent tread, not enough to send in for a replacement, but I noticed my heel pocket has been damaged.

Any ideas?

Call their customer service. My teammate had an issue with the air pocket bulging and after he sent in a picture they confirmed it as a problem and okay'd him for a warranty send in.

My son had a air pocket that ruptured along the seam and they gave us a voucher for that.

I took a picture of the cracked air tube in the heel and sent it. They wanted me to send the shoes. I am expecting to get a voucher in 2 weeks.

I am assuming you contacted the claims dept? I chatted with customer service last night and that went as well as teaching a cat to shake. I'll try claims and see what they say. Thanks.
