Cracked Air Max- Nike Breathe Cage

The back heel air max cracked on my breathe cages. Can I send them back to nike and get a voucher?

When I saw one of friend's cage, I knew Air max can be cracked easily.
If it's first warranty claim, you will qualify for the voucher.
If you used a voucher to get cage, it might be another story.
Possibly, Should go with manufacturing defect claim.
Never had problems with air max but somewhat reason every CB4.3 developed cracking problems and I don't trust or buy Air max shoes anymore.

call TW and send them back for a replacement pair as the shoes were defective. this happened to me twice already!! I purchased the all orange team sport pair and after a week of playing in them, they air bubble cracked. I called TW and they sent me a replacement pair. the second pair I received did the same thing and they cracked also! I called TW and decided I no longer want to purchase the air max cage so I opted for the vapor your 9s. such a shame as the air max cages felt quite comfortable and sturdy for the short time I played with them. perhaps I will purchase another pair in a different colour and pray the air bubble doesn't crack on those too!

Where is the crack happening and is it in the same area every time? What does it look like? I've never had a problem with air max in the past except for the vapor speed which was a major design flaw. I've owned the air cage original, cage 2, breathe free 2, breathe free 3, ballistic 2.1 but non of the more recent models. I'm not a particularly "heavy" guy.

They've had this kind of technology for thirty years or so and it still doesn't work, but its great for marketing.

Nike doesn't properly protect the heel anyway, be it on Air Max shoes or others. The amount of thread on the heel for their shoes is ridiculous.
