Hey, i have a pair of nike shoes thats desperately in need of a warranty. Sole's worn through, lacing systems fallen apart. I try to wear my shoes as long as i can cause im too lazy to send them in every month haha. Anyways i heard that i can send the shoes to TW instead of Nike. Can anyone run through how i would do that?

Here's the deal:
- If you send your shoes back to TW, you will receive a TW Nike gift card for the purchase price of your shoes.
- If you send them back to Nike, you will receive a Nike voucher (to be used at the Nike store) for the retail value of your shoes.
So, if your shoe's MSRP was $130, and you paid $79 at TW, you will get a TW Nike gift card for $79 if you send them back to TW. But if you send them back to Nike, you will receive a Nike voucher for $130. Make sense?

And yes, I know this to be a fact because I asked the same question a little over 6 months ago. I paid $59 for a pair of 3.3s (yes, $59...not a typo), sent them back to Nike, and received a voucher for $120.

If you sent it back to TW,you get a shoe voucher of the price you paid. You can only use it to buy shoes.

You can get store credit for the shoes and as long as most the credit goes towards shoes, you can pick out one of those shoes.

This quote was taken from the linked-to thread above. So if we send in shoes to TW, and the shoes we want to replace them with cost less, we can actually use the remaining credit towards other stuff? I didn't know that.
