Shoes you can just send back to TW for warranty

What shoes can we just send back to TW after wearing through the outsole within the 6 month warranty? I know Nike you can, Adidas you can't.

I believe he/she (Jesse is unisex so sorry I don't know your gender) does work for TW. This user has posted several times on behalf of TW and posted in other forum sections as well.
