I strongly believe the future of tennis will see much more muscular players.

As Serena and Nadal have shown, without a doubt, large muscles work quite well for Tennis.

For some strange reason, most people in the Tennis establishment seem to be biased against
developed physiques.

How the coaches and trainers can let their charges play with such wimpy and out-of-balance
physiques I'll never know. (maybe because they don't know any better)

Yes, I do them myself now. But that is only to help the the body to release the stuff(and sometimes stimulate glutathione production in the liver). It also helps other things.
The body stores a lot of nasty stuff because it thinks its something else(similar molecules). Here is the magic, and it takes time. A 3 week juice fast does very little. You need the right stuff for the release and you need good binders to get it out from the body. This takes time. Its so important to do it right, as when the receptors start to release those harmful metals it goes around in the blood and you feel sick.

It's very good for you! My girlfriend is an esthetician and they do it at the spa. It might sound gross but it's really the best way to fully cleanse

But even with dropping milk products from my diet, I can easily cope up with other products..
If novak is vegan, I Seriously doubt his Dietitian is an a-hole...
Oh come on nole, you need to come to me. I have developed my body physique without supplements, meat products and the diet plan + Exercise schedule which I gave has worked very well for some skinny friends of mine. I am 100% confident that it will work on nole

Good then you should know how hard it is to get enough protein and certain vitamins and minerals on a vegan diet and that most vegans are extremely skinny and borderline unhealthy, its also hard to get enough calories since the diet is high in fiber and low in calorie dense foods.

That being said, a vegan diet can be adequate and provide enough of minerals, vitamins, omega 3 etc...and also can get enough protein and have a good physique, but it requires very careful planning and a ton of knowledge of the foods and what they give you in order to acomplish that, something which 99% of ignorant vegans know nothing about.

Im just speaking from my experience getting to know all the vegans in my life and what I observe online.

Its not hard, its easy, cheaper and easy to digest.
Just know some basics of foods and thats enough.
And if you talk about calorie density, some of the Indian vegetarian foods are highly calorific than a typical red meat or fried chicken.
Vegan food have 1 disadvantage though, it is tough to get all of its required elements for a common man/citizen of european/middle east/african countries.
But Nole has no such problem as he is a millionre
He just needs to kick out his Dietitian

Same here, Vegetarian ( vegan+ milk products ,no eggs and stuff) , I have not been muscular by any means at any point in my life ( mostly due to my genes from maternal side and I have never hit the gym exactly ) but I can call myself exactly fit.

About your Dropping milk from diet statement..here is my experience - Since I m livin in hostel from about 2 years now ( ie totally cutoff from Quality milk in this span ), it got difficult to keep myself healthy without proper Diary but It still works out. Just have to run and play a lot more to improve digestion since Natural probiotics that you get from Yogurt and Milk are missing. But I m sure my Bone density is suffering right now ( don't know exactly I kindof have that feeling :()

No problem with being a vegetarian (Vegan plus milk products, no eggs-fish-meat-beef at all)
But he should eat proper vegetarian foods like soyabeans, cheese, skimmed milk powder, dark chocolate, paneer, Split Black gram, Split Green gram , Split Red gram, Split Red Lentil, wheat, curd, buttermilk, candle millet/dark millet, peas etc for protein, carbs and fat contents
And fruits, vegetables, juices for other nutrients

Vegetarian food is the best food if eaten properly and planningly with gym works and outdoor exercise and training ........

I am a pure vegetarian by my choice from childhood (As said, vegan plus milk products). A gym freak, 4 hours a day since I was 15 (Number was 2 hours then)..

So being vegan is not the problen with Novak Djokovic. He needs to eat properly and planningly. 6 meals a day, and a total of 220 grams of proteins in those 6 meals..... Very easy and digestable plan can be prepared with so many vegetarian food items (7 or more types)
I agree with you. But over the last 10 years, there's been a steady increase of people who won't eat specific vegetables that are starchy as well as sugary fruits - oranges, bananas, pineapples, strawberries and so on. Possibly due to a sudden gluten intolerance or intestinal disease.
Some of the healthiest people discover they may have an unknown symptom and try to correct it. They do not eat potatoes, rice, beans, wheat, bread, and other carbs that feed parasites. See SIBO. It is not specific for athletes, it's just one example.

And hey, Genetic things have effects but at the very young age of yours (20), you can still build up physique. I was also not born with genetically power physique (my parents have 20.5 around BMI and so was I till my early teens), but I have built up it..... 6'0' height and 78 kgs of weight which I have achieved in 2007, this is from 5'7' and 50 kgs in 2003.... My body physique is stable then from 2007 onwards (it takes time to build physique with natural foods, exercise with no supplements at all; but it lasts forever)
It takes hardwork and dedication
And do contact me if you're suffering from any diet problems.

They don't want gluten, they dont want fat, they dont want carbs, they hate suger...then I will just say them to go and bury themselves under rock..

What I believe is, eat whatever vegetarian thing you can, and digest it by exercise. Keep your stomach as clean as possible; stay away from supplements, drugs, alcohol, nicotine, antibiotics (take only when you seriously need antibiotics in some disease or infection).
Hey and I will not leave eating a fruit/vegi if I found it has some symptom on me, instead I will make my stomach digest and absorb it. This is my way. "Eat everything, but planningly and do exercise"

I have thought many times to build few muscles but I am too lazy to do that stuff. Unless Playing (football, Tennis or cricket) ,I don't move my Ass anywhere :D

For an example, a normal 6'1", 85kgs will look a way more fatass than federer.....
Flat stomach, V-shape, powerful legs with thighs having more muscles than fat is what you need to be a muscular.
Warna wazan to kha-kha kar tond aur kulhe fulakar bhi banaya jaa sakta hai
(Otherwise weight can be gained by eating stuffs, being lazy only to fill ass-cheeks and stomach with tons of fat)

True, I never said I had same amount of muscles as you :). I guessed your body must be tighter than mine even though we fell under same weight category. My legs are non muscular (just fat :() I hope to loose fat from it and develop few muscles on it.

Planned diet is not possible here in the hostel . I have to just move my lazy Ass to do some exercise :D. Every weekend I try to start but My late night CS Go just leaves me unable to wake up from bed early on Saturday/Sunday morning :D. Tomorrow is Saturday, hopefully I could avoid CS Go tonight :)

So basically me, who is a vegetarian is saying that as a vegetarian from so many years, don't need supplements to live, neither it is harmful nor it is disastrous. Whereas you not being vegetarian says that its bad and all. Man, what is your physique? Are you capable of 4 hours of continuous gym exercising? Are you capable of jogging for 2 hours at 13 km/h ? Are you capable of doing benchpresses around 120 kgs? Are you capable of digesting 200 grams of protein per day? Or better say 33 grams per meal for 6 meals a day?
My friend, being a vegetarian, 30.7YO, I am capable of doing all that and I am no athlete.
The question arises is that do I need more attention while planning for my diet or calculate amino acides and vitamins in foods?? No my friend, I did that calculation just once and for all, 10-12 years ago and my diet is almost the same from the date I turned 20.
Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian, every human who is a health conscious person, needs to plan his diet carefully. Do you get it my friend?? Its not like that you will eat lots of chicken breasts and boiled fish and you get the protein or muscles will be herculenous......nope, it does not work like that............

Being a vegetarian itself is a very advantageous in so many terms, given the person is not a jerk
(Jerks are gluten/fat/carb/whey/suger/casin/milk etc's haters and avoiders)
Jerks do get punished by their body, it starts eating itself like in case of novak (I will not call him jerk though, his Dietitian is IMO 100% purest version of jerks).

I am in Miami watching Djokovic prepare for the Miami open and I am not very happy with what I am seeing. My wife is a HUGE fan of Djoker and she is very upset by it.

Physically speaking, Djoker is just a shell of what he used to be. When he won the 2012 AO over Nadal in the final (he prevailed over Murray in five set in the semi), Djoker was an absolute BEAST. When he ripped off his shirt after shaking hand with Nadal.

When I saw Djoker up close at the 2015 US Open during the practice session he had with Berdych, Djoker didn't have the shirt on and he was an absolute BEAST. I mean he looked very strong and flexible. There was a sense of invincibility about Djoker that he just could not lose.

Watching him in Miami and he looks too skinny and he just does not have that aura of invincibility anymore. Both his FH and BH don't have the velocity and the bites that they used to have.

My wife wants the old Djoker back and so do I.
