Outstanding TW customer service!!!!

I like several other sent in my original Adidas Geniuses for warranty replacement. Adidas didn't have anything but the green and white in stock. So I called TW and they said if I send my original order receipt and the new shoes (unworn) they would exchange them for the black and white color.

What more can you ask for!

...You can ask for reimbursement of the money that you paid to ship them back.

isn't that kinda pushing it? the guarantee cards usually states that if they don't have the exact pair they will substitute it with a comparable shoe. the OP got the same model just different color and TW is nice enough to even exchange them for the desired color.

No it does not. They were nice enough to exchange my new shoes in a color I didn't like for a color I wanted.

I have no problem with the shipping costs. I am essentially getting a new pair of shoes (in the color I want) for about $20 total.

YES,,,TW is the BEST in the world. I had never experience better customer service anywhere. and lots of really cute sounding girls reps too....
