Overseas warranty for Tennis stringing machine

Hej everyone,

Does anyone knows which tennis stringing machines manufacturers in USA give international warranty for their machine? I've asked Gamma and Silent Partner and both of them told me that once machine goes out of USA, there will not be any warranty.

For Tennis Ball machine, I know that Sport Tutor gives international warranty.

Please help.

is the no warranty direct from gamma?? don't ats offer warranty??

The problem is that my country has a Gamma distributor so ATS refer me to him. His charges are too high for my budget.

Alpha has replied to me that they gives 5 year warranty, and 2 year on electronic parts. However the shipement will be bear by me, which is still acceptable. Most company gives only 1 year on electronic parts.

Sports Tutor rocks in this area. They send parts to my country Free of Charge thrice.

I live in Australia and posed this question to Klipper USA before I bought a Klippermate. I've a copy of their exact reply at work, but it was to the effect that the entire machine has a lifetime warranty and they would ship out any defective parts to me at their cost while I retained ownership of the Klippermate. Good enough for me.

Thats was what Sports Tutor did for me too.

I agree. Must be Sports Tutor that has been pampering me. Thats y i thought every company should do the same.
