Prince Textreme Tour 95 foam in handle?

I just bought a new old stock of the 2015 Prince tt95. I went to add some weight to the handle and noticed that there was foam in one side of the handle under the cap? None of my other Textreme tours have this foam so I was wondering if this was normal? It goes down a few inches into the handle but only on one side...

I've only ever seen silicone in them but they were warriors, beasts and phantoms.

I've heard of some companies putting foam in the handle to get closer to specs.
