Pulled Forearm muscle

I was playing tennis last Saturday when I felt a "cramp" in my forearm. Suddenly, it felt like a vice on my arm and I had to stop playing. I iced it and thought I pulled a muscle in my forearm.

After 5 days, I played again but could not hit a serve or forehand. Way too much pain! I'm still icing it and the forearm is bruised.

Any advice is most appreciated!

yeah, best to see a doctor right away, that bruising is not a good sign, especially if you did not physically hit that area...

See a doctor and stop playing tennis.

If your forearm is compromised, then you've got nothing that is protecting your elbow joint from the frame shocks. If you continue to play, there is a great chance you will develop a TE or GE.
