QLIPP Tennis sensor?

Has anyone heard about or tried the QLIPP tennis sensor? I saw it recently while researching on tennis sensors but haven't seen any discussions on it, will appreciate it anyone can share their thoughts on this sensor... seems like a new one in the market?

I won one in their FB contest - should have it mid July. There is an indigogo deal with them - $79 then price is increasing a bit. Seems like a great deal.

FWIW I have a Babolat Play and Sony Sensor so far - awaiting Shot-Stats to be released. QLIPP is most reasonably priced by far. If it delivers they will have a winner

i like how both qlipp and shot stats sensor can be attached to any racket.. thats a huge plus coz i have many old rackets at home

I agree. While the others may have an advantage partnering, if the Qlipp can bring the accuracy to most (if not all) racquets then they're way ahead of the game. And at that price point it would be hard not consider buying one.

Hi Thanks I got my QLIPP Tuesday but was unable to download the App to my iPhone 6. I've been working with Amanda to get it resolved but so far no luck.

I think being on time signals that they were successfully able to find investors, so that means that the investors were probably impressed. Compare this with shot-stats, which might be a great product, but it keeps getting its date pushed back as they always seem to be having trouble finding "the next round of funding." Same with smash which seems basically dead at this point.

Please let us know if you have any issues with it flying off the racquet. The latest update I received focused on improvements that were being made to the way it mounted and how easy/difficult it is to mount. I wonder if the version I am scheduled to receive December-ish will be very different than the current ones.
