question about shoes

I have a very high arch and my feet tend to roll to the inside. I find lots of shoes that have a low to medium arch support. What shoe would you recommend that has a high arch support? Thanks

The new Wilson Tour and Wilson Open shoes offer a more generous arch support. They also offer good stability in the midfoot and heel which is something you should seek.

While not necessarily a high arch, the Barricade 3 and IV shoes offer some of the best arch support in the business. Both are very stable in the midfoot/arch area, with the BIV being especially stable.

A good test for you to conduct on potential shoes is to grab them by the midfoot and heel and try to twist them. The harder they are to twist, the more support you’ll get to prevent your feet from rolling inward.

When performing this test on a BIV, it's hard to get them to twist at all - one of the most stable shoes out there in this area.

While not as supportive, the ClimaCool Feather II shoes offer good arch support and are well worth a look.
