Got a pair at the NIKE outlets. 1 and only 1 and in my size for under $100.

Now..gotta return the one i got a full price..

Lucky, every time I’ve been in a Nike Outlet store in the past 10 years they have next to zero Tennis anything. IF I see a pair of shoes I’m remotely interested in the only sizes available are men’s 7 or 15

I’ll be surprised if Nike does another pair. Since Fed left Nike/retired, there’s not nearly as much interest. This pair sat on NDC in a full size run for months.

Damn, were you always this optimistic? /s

It is comfortable snug due to the leather. The normal Vapor is more roomy but not so comfortable because of the plastic upper. Size and lenght ist true. Leather always fits better than plastic.

Can you tell us where you read about the green aj3 though?

That was somewhere in the web. It was said autumn. So no time to worry. I am shure that a new colour will come. It's only a matter of time. May be the blue did not sell out as far as the former versions (naturally production was higher) but no way it was a commercial success. So why not do it again...

There should be an Alcaraz/Jordan collaboration, but I don't know anything else; Epaminonda said this in another forum.
A clue emerges from the photo of Alcaraz with the Nike courtposite with other shoes; in the photo you can see a shirt greywith the name Alcaraz and the number 23

Has anyone used these on 1) Clay courts, 2) Synthetic clay / artifical grass / 'carpet' courts? What is the traction on these respective surfaces like in your experience? TIA

I have used them on clay/rubico/har-tru and traction is just fine. Can’t speak for grass/turf/carpet.

@federering @ATX Tennis Thankyou for you input. I notice the sole is basically a near full herringbone hence my question- much appreciated.

Just getting even more pedantic- Do you think the traction is as grippy as the clay versions of the current nike lineups with eg Vapor Pro 2, Vapor 11's and all the other current clay lineups? Thanks so much!
