One of my clients had the good fortune of meeting Roger in Tokyo at Uniqlo. They were just visiting relatives in Tokyo and went into Uniqlo store and Roger was just sitting there chilling out so she struck up a conversation.
She had a good chat with him and she said he was very nice.
He obviously still travels around a lot and Tokyo seems like a lively place.
Do any of you know much about Uniqlo ? Is it a good brand and would a Uniqlo racquet be a marketable item?
Roger has a lot of business interests post tennis career He was promoted last year at the St Moritz Ski Club and he has obvious talents there.
Does anyone know what other things he is involved in ? Is he still linked to Wilson? Many that he owns the rights to the Hopman in addition to the Laver Cup?

If he had so much time to chat, it is not a good sign for Uniqlo's business. Perhaps he is not relevant anymore? Otherwise, he would have a massive line of fans waiting to see him.

Can you imagine Nadal chilling out in a Nike store with no one around?

I don’t know, maybe he was having a break when my client rocked up, Does Roger spend a lot of time in Japan?
I know swimmer Ian Thorpe had a huge following in Japan.
