Sad about the Clay season coming up

I can understand the fatigue. But, It’s still an enjoyable scene regardless I find, usually it’s the one I catch the most although I’m not sure if it’s just the timing in the year. Venues are beautiful, storylines and hype run with a solid string of events leading to RG, and there’s always some showtime 3 setter match to catch the extended highlights of every day or two. Really like Geneva and Barcelona. Rome is obviously the crown jewel, Monte Carlo is pretty but incredibly overrated. Gotta appreciate the stuff outside the slam race

It’s been nice IW and Miami and not having big 2 shoved down our throats. Now Clay season is coming and I’m already over them.
Clay season will get interesting once Rafa returns. Just watching his footwork on clay is more interesting than watching the actual matches of next gen or the oldsters like Djoker or Stan.

Meh. Speak for yourself, not everyone. I have totally skipped IW and Miami for the same reason that made you enjoy it. Only watched a few parts of the Miami final, that's it. I know thousands of Djoko fans skipped them too and I'm sure it's the case for a lot of Nadal fans.

Only thing I'm excited to see is if (and it's a BIG IF) the Career Inflation Era is over. Everyone went nuts over Alcaraz's performance at IW/Miami, saying he's at a higher level than Djokodal.

Now we'll soon find out if he his level has exceeded Djokodal or if these young players will continue to be mugs, thus prolonging the Weakest Era of All Time even more

No matter how one feels about the surface, they have to admit that RG is the best paced Slam. Others are all rushed, especially Wimbledon which takes place 3 weeks after RG, lol.

I saw you liking a post claiming Alcaraz was doping, and now you want him to prevail ? Are you kidding me dude ? Where's the pride ? You want a cheater to win ??

How about enjoying high quality tennis without worrying about the ages of the players? The Big 2 on clay are still amongst the top three in playing the highest level of tennis.

Exactly. I don't like IW Miami in last few years. Weakest draws.
