hello.
my name is dor,28 years old from israel, tel aviv.
i first picked up a racquet 9 months ago.. i am working with a coach 2 times a week, and practice/play total of 4-5 days every week.
think i am arround level 3.0 (ntrp) but really hard to know, the levels are different here..
i am working more on my serve now, trying for more power and consistent.
would really like to get some estimate on my average speed, and technique and also some tips for how to develop it further..
any help will be appreciated.
cheers.

I have a tip for you - when you post a video please review it yourself beforehand. This one doesn't actually show any footage of you hitting serves.

9 months is not a long time. It can take years to develop the proper muscle memory if you don't have a background in throwing sports. I couldn't see what you were doing, but I can give some general advice. Stay loose and practice!

hi,thank you for the advice. i don't have a background in throwing sports, just working hard.. hope to develop it closer to the 100 mph range, and with more consistency.. right now i am thinking my fastest serve is arround 70-80 mph,and arround 55-60 mph for normal first serve when i am not trying for maximum power.
