Shame on you Babolat for creating and continuing to sell without improvement the worst tennis product ever released:

I've now bought this horrible product 3 times and have attempted to use it on 3 different racquets, and without fail, within the first hour of use it has fallen off my frames. Have you had a similar experience with this junk? I thought perhaps I had gotten a bad batch, or there was an issue with the finish of a particular frame. Not so, this crap just does not stay put.

Now good ole lead tape is cheap and has amazing stick. You can buy 3 feet (18 grams) of Gamma lead tape for $3. The Babolat Tungsten Tape is $9.95 for 9 grams. That's an insane price difference. Is tungsten that expensive? You may ask why anyone would buy this product when you are paying 3 times the price for 1/2 the product.

Lead. I have a toddler at home and was trying to avoid having lead in the house.

So if you'd have a similar experience with this crappy overpriced product please feel free to note or vent here.

Is it that difficult to make a proper adhesive? A quick check of reviews of this product online has droves of unsatisfied customers. Where are you Babolat?

The adhesive was a big issue for us at the beginning of the year and I was told we stopped shipping it.

Please contact warranty and they will take you through the necessary steps: +18773169435

Apologies for the inconvenience and frustration.

4th line of the thread : " I thought perhaps I had gotten a bad batch, or there was an issue with the finish of a particular frame. "

Babolat makes great string and great racquets and the name stands for quality so they got the benefit of a doubt from me. The rep responded timely on here.

Thanks for your constructive comment to the thread.

Constructive as in, "this horrible product", "this junk", "this crap", "crappy overpriced product", lol.

If you are looking for constructive comments you should start with one yourself. Babolat Official's classy response shows that most of us just wouldn't have the patience or temperament to work in customer service.
