Shoes with the most cushion

What shoes do you recommend that have the best cushioning. I have sore knees from time to time and heard that this is one thing that can help (I plan on doing much more strengthening and stretching). I saw on another post that someone recommended the Asics Gel Resolution 2, but many of the reviews say that the cushioning is great however the durability is terrible. What would be a good shoe with cushioning AND durability. I play about 3 times per week on cement courts indoors.

The Prince T22's are very cushiony as are the Asics Gel Resolution. I prefer the later.

I'd just note that more cushioning isn't necessarily better for your knees. One study showed that more cushioning in shoes led to higher levels of torque on the knees.

is that with all other things constant or some sub conscience effect where you take harder steps due to the cushioning

Nike Air Max________________ ( there are a few different ones with this as their prefix name). To me they give the maximum cushioning to my feet.

If you are not a toe dragger like myself, I would go for the Prince Rebel and get an insole cushion from "softsole" for $20 or so. I'm having very good results with this combo.

But I prefer Nike Vapors myself with custom made soles. Makes it feel like the Vapors had Air Max.
