Actually, I like Nick and support him..sure thing
you only completely excuse NK's behavior because he defeated Nadal at Wimbledon.
if Nadal had anything near the countenance you would pull a hissyfit constantly!
Big deal over nothing.
I find this guy's comments infinitely more offensive:

The swearing on two occasions and it was loud, real loud.
Throwing his racquet to the ground on numerous occasions and only being given a warning.
The last throw was a full blooded one and the Umpire just ignored the rules.
That last one should have been an automatic penalty point against him.
Not sure the ruling / penalty on swearing, but my friend heard him swear too.
Appalling conduct. The tennis authorities need to discipline the umpire for failing to uphold the rules, sending a message to the other umpires that with this sort of behaviour a penalty must be applied.
It's not a "rule". There are no "automatic" code violations in the rules. It's not black and white. At set point in the second set tiebreaker Murray was leading 6-5 in the tiebreaker.
Kyrgios slammed his frame to the ground breaking it and then replaced it.
He had already received a code of conduct violation for a verbal obscenity so it was AUTOMATIC that a penalty point should be given,so the set was Murrays right there!
The Umpire decided not to apply the rules that are in black and white.
Murray gave the Umpire a dirty look.
This could have cost Murray the set.
If the controlling body don't do something about this------ the game is going to lose its integrity.
Yes Nick is funny that way, he throws the racket but perhaps just within the margins. In this case, he didn't throw it down too hard, and it may have cracked, but the umpire won't make his decision based only on the player changing the racket. He makes his decision based on the severity of the throw, and if it was not visibly deformed, then 99/100 times that is not going to be coded.
Yes...that would have been great for the sport of tennis. DQ a rising star at his home slam, ending a match of great drama because he "cursed" a couple of times.
Now, cursing isn't my cup of tea, but people overreact, IMO. Tennis needs a little personality, some guys with a little edge and emotion. The Federer/Nadal/Djokovic generation are almost too robotic and businesslike at times. It is good to see some fire. Hopefully, he learns to eliminate the bad words, but I hope he maintains his edge and emotion he plays with.
I saw him throw the frame quite hard in an aggressive fashion.
As I understand it if you break the frame doing this its an automatic loss of one point.
Remembering he had already been warned for a audible obscenity.
I think it was Leyton Hewitt who was commentating at the time said he got away with one as it should be a automatic penalty.
Had Murray asked for the Ref to come out ----- Kyrgios I believe would have lost the set right there.
I don't mind you having an opinion on whether you think it warrants a code violation or not; however, you are wrong on the rule. It is not automatic. The racket was not visibly deformed. It may have cracked, but as an experienced tennis umpire, I am telling you, that would not have warranted a code violation, especially a point penalty, especially on set point.I saw Kyrgios throw his frame hard and it de-formed enough for him to have to change it.
If you throw your racquet and it breaks---- pretty sure that is a automatic penalty. Read this.

Trouble is swearing is now seen as 'cool' for the kids watching as is throwing the racquet.
