Mine is below. I actually did another but changed the colors, same latin phrase and eagle but used gloss black for the racquet and copper for the lettering which came out looking much better. Unfortunately I didn't bother to take a pic of that one when it was fresh and it's quite a bit nicked up now.

I plan on redoing them (well sanding and adding another layer or two of paint) once I need to restring...here's what I would do to improve the process:
1) For the lettering/logos, I used some stencil plastic paper and cut out the letters and logo using an exacto knife. The holes in some of the letters needed to be touched-up later using a paint brush. Also, I used a sponge brush to add the color to the stencils and still some of my lines aren't as crisp as I would have liked. I was a little disappointed going with that method as I lost the ability to really get some good detail and had to correct too much with a brush.
I see that there is this water-slide decal printer paper you can get, I plan on trying that out next.
2) I used a glossy clear-coat of poly-eurithane to try to protect the paint job. I even used three coats of this stuff but after having used the racquet for a while it gets nicked up way too easy. I even put a mark on it just from pulling some string during stringing.
I have a lacquer clear coat now that I'm going to try next but perhaps I ought to use an automotive clear-coat...in any case try to get something that's as durable as you can find.
3) Your racquet will probably feel noticeably more solid/heavy if you put a lot of coats of paint on like I did. That was fine as I just added less of my lead tape back on. Still the feel is just a bit different than before, in my case this was a good feeling...more buttery substancy goodness...but anyway I haven't really heard of anyone else experiencing this so I'm probably just mentally unstable.
Good luck!
