tw site problems continue. The number of failed pages I get that will load properly after a refresh is becoming quite annoying. This has been going on awhile. Have you guys finished moving to new server/software yet?

I just tried to order multiple string sets, TWICE, but the first time the shopping cart wouldn't load on checkout; the second time, there was a connection reset error. I had to order from another site.

I like TW and want to be a loyal customer, but the connectivity issue that has been occurring the last few months is frustrating.

I notice this happens more and more, but particularly on mid-late Sundays and early Monday. Seems like I get site errors on TW every 3-5 clicks. It seems like it has been like this for months now.

I hope TW's IT dept. gets on this soon. I work in the IT field and if kept one of our web sites with the uptime of TW.com, I'd be so fired.
