I have finally advanced to hard level on snooker 19. The Highest break is now 125.

It's actually hard. @K-H You know how Top Spin hard isn't actually hard. In this, my world championship semi against Wilson. He breaks off and traps me behind the brown. I managed to get out of it some way but leave one red on. Frame over. I do like the challenge. All good since I ended up winning 6-5-. Dream final against Trump.

Can see Trump being the more dominant player of the next 5 years really. He's been prolific recently but still has a lacklustre record in the Triple Crowns. I think this is something he'll surely rectify. A player of Trump's class should have really already bagged at least 5 of them by age 31 but he's only at 3. At the same age, Ronnie was at 8, Selby at 5, Higgins at 6, Hendry at a whopping 18 (and would never go on to win another).

Time for Trump to get a move on. In general tournament victories he's on a great pace, prolific, has more ranking titles than Selby even. Time to bag the Majors.

Loyal follower of my journey. Eventually, I got used to the angles and stopped leaving the white ball in the middle of nowhere as much. Still, the 125 was a bit of an out-of-body experience. I don't think I'll be challenging the century record any time soon.

It was mainly due to watching Youtube videos of a snooker 19 master. Seemed to be that I was hitting the ball too hard a lot of the time.

Ronnie's win against Higgins was his first win against him in a two session match since 2005 masters. Cue crisis could not stop him.

How are you supposed to have the right cue action when your cue is rekked? Despite this, Ronnie looked much better against Higgins this time. Higgins wasn't at his all conquering best, but Ronnie wasn't looking like he had to go to the well so much.

5th final loss would suck, can't be taking this tournament easily, it's big. Probably the 4th biggest tournament. Also he has to make the most of these opportunities when Trump isn't around. At this stage of Ronnie's career he isn't gonna get a lot of those.

What a match. Poor Barry will be thinking about that 9-6 frame. Then on the final frame he goes in off on his first shot leaving Ronnie with a good table. Still had some drama at the end when Ronnie couldn't put away the final red. I kept thinking one of those snookers would get him. But no, Ronnie makes it through.
