solo serve drills and warmup versus match

I just got smacked 6-0 in a practice set yesterday, and for one, my serve was not working at all (4 out of 10 or something like that). My main problem is toss consistency, as my motion itself is decent. What drills are there to practice the toss? I know about the second racquet on the ground thing, but that only helps with toss location, not really toss height. Are there any other drills that you guys know?

Also, I was hitting fine in the warmup, but then I literally could not get balls back in the match. Could this be nerves? And if so, how do I get myself to go into matches completely ready, rather than having to work my way into one?

if you have consistent serves motion, then you wouldnt have problem with tossing the ball at right place.
Well, just toss the ball higher, not lower..it always works... for me.
