Stand/Cart for Portable Tennis Stringers

I noticed that quite a few people who have table top model stringers have posted asking, where they could find a nice stand/cart for their stringer? I know that Gamma makes a custom designed stand that their table top models will fit on. I have seen it selling for about $100 at different online stores.

I have found that an Audio/Video Cart appears to potentially be a very nice option. The top of the carts are 18x24 inches, and can adjust from 26 to 42 inches in 4 inch increments. I have ordered one and should have it in about a week or so. I purchased the Apollo 51007 model and if you do a search on that, you will find a company called Camcor that is selling it for $99 plus shipping. I like it because it has a storage area underneath that I will be able store strings and other stuff.

Note: I have not received this cart yet, but will post pictures of it with my Alpha REVO4000 on it once I set everything up.:D

I looked at the stand or cart and eventually went for the cart. Partly because of the price difference. The cart cost me about half the price of the stand (got mine out of a Northern tool catalog). I also like the fact that I can wheel the cart out of the way and into the mechanical room when I am not using it. If I was going to leave the machine in one spot, the stand may be more pro looking, but I now think I did the right thing with the cart for what I use it for.

I'd go with one of the rolling "service carts" at Harbor Freight Tools. Most of them are quite sturdy and most have drawers that can be locked. The height was perfect for me at 5'11"

you can get a workstation from sears for about $99 -$120 - and it has locks and storage also , it also comes in different heights so try to bring in your stringer and see whats comfy for you ...

I got a kitchen cutting board cart that works great. It has a heavy work surface, a drawer, and shelves with doors and it comes on wheels. Paid about $70 from Wal-Mart.

I also have a Revo 4K and will be curious what you think about the Apollo 5107. I went to the site and it does look pretty good and have been thinking about getting the Harbor freight cart. These two look to be the most favorable, but which?
