Stretching help please

What's a good daily stretching routine to increase my flexibility? I lift and jump rope and stretch a bit before each, and it feels like it sorta warms my muscles up so I don't pull anything, but I am not increaing my flexibility at all. Legs especially are pretty damn tight. I just need a good daily routine I can do where I can see some improvement. Thanks in advance!

Really thought that others would chime in with some actual stretching routines.
Since this hasn't happened, I thought that I'd direct you to another link:

USTA: Conditioning for Tennis

Select their link for Dynamic Warm-Up Exercises. They don't yet have a section on Static Stretching. You'll have to look elsewhere for your post-exercise stretching. Try a search in this forum.

Hey, thanks man. I thought more people would have chimed in as well, seeing all the action in the 2 golfer's elbow threads. Anyway, maybe it's because it seems self explanatory... but I'm obviously doing something wrong and would like to make sure I'm stretching all the muscles in an area rather than leaving 1 or 2 out, resulting in a pull at some point.
