You're only half right.
Breast reduction surgery would definitely help Simona and Serena complete a full follow through and make them more mobile on the courts.
But it would take away from the tremendous extra upper core gyrations that power their shots.

But seriously Larry, breast augmentation surgery to help generate upper core rotational energy is a big step.
