tennis bag scratching racquets?

Okay so I recently got this one racquet which I haven't hit with once since I got it, and so it's been sitting in the compartment of my tennis bag for a week. A week later I check on the racquet and there is a white scratch along the width side of the shaft. I am wondering how this happened since the bag was never moved or hit, and the racquet was just sitting inside there. The very next day an even bigger white scratch appeared right next to the previous one. Now I know something is going on. After this I checked my other racquet that I have had and used for a year and it has the same long white scratches all along the side of the shaft. I don't know why this is happening since I thought it was my bag but there doesn't seem to be anything sharp or rough inside the compartment. What the heck is going on?

It's a 6 pack I think. I don't know anymore since the model is discontinued. Also I put 2 racquets in the same compartment

theres your problem, their going to hit eachother specially if you mistreat your bag (throwing it around, etc.), if u can find a case cover and it should stop getting scratched, or just take it out of your bag.

It's definitely from the racquets hitting each other. I've noticed the same thing on my sticks. You should be able to wipe off the mark with rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover.
