So how is Djoko playing? I've got Djoko fans saying he's horrible given the near loss to Fed, but he clearly looks better than Wimbledon 2018 to my eyes. Either way he barely got through Cincy last year and the draw was fortuitous. Hitman's replied so I'll save something for that post.

I've been hit by @Hitman again.

Djoker looks like a guy that can turn it on whenever he wants. The first few rounds is where I would worry about him the most. We even saw a bit of "aloof" Djoker in the Wimbledon Final and still won.

I personally think he was at his best and stole the match from Fed. It really was great management of his game, probably the greatest by far in Nole's career.

I still think ultimately the match will go down as one of the most important of all time. I've heard from quite a few casual watchers on that match. Time will tell at this point and if Federe flops for the rest of the year like this part of 2018 then I'll have to have my eyes checked. We'll know soon enough just how great a heist 2019 Wimby was for Nole.
