Here is an example. Think she's heard this advice before, while she won a couple dozen grand slams?

I think Professional players are no different to us in that they're always playing on "autopilot" in a sense during a match because they don't have time to really think about all the different things they should be doing.

It's up to their training to ingrain the good habits into their autopilot mode.

So whilst Serena's probably heard this well over a dozen times, if she's not executing it properly when she's training then she needs to be reminded.

Perfect Practice makes etc. etc.

This is not only for 3.0 btw no one talked about this in fact. Everyone only focus on strokes but Patrick is talking about how to run to the ball. That is definitely not a 3.0 advice.
