Thinking about switching rackets

I've been using my head Microgel extreme for about a year now. Lately I've noticed that im losing a lot of control from this racket, and overall just don't like it too much anymore lol.
I ended up demo'ing the apd, and I really liked it. The control was there plus nice pop and spin.
Is there any similar rackets should I try, or just be happy with the apd and get one?

Thanks, Michael.

The APD and the Extreme are basically the same racquet. I thought you wanted more control!

I would recommend maybe the Aero Storm (Cortex model on sale), or anything from the Pure Storm Line. Or if you're on a budget, you can't go wrong with a Radical MP.

Seriously I don't get this when someone gets tired of there raqcuet they automatically say I need a babolat it's not let me look at all the different racquet brands it's I want a babolat even if your racquet is the same as apd .... ????????????? Please look around and not just go for a babolat you might be suprised by the other brands like I was

Shows that Babolat invests in the right athletes and marketing. :)

I'm fine being a part of a smaller, niche brand. I don't like playing with a racquet everyone else at my club is playing with. Not much APDs at my club, but a lot of EXO3 Whites.

If you want control, I would recommend the Wilson K 6.1 tour 90. It has the best control of all the racquets I tested before I bought mine.

I don't necessarily think that going from a microgel extreme to a K6.1 90 tour is the most natural step. Might want to find a frame that splits the difference between those 2:).
