Tourna CS 350 vs similarly priced Eagnas stringer

Tour90

Semi-Pro
Hi All, it’s been several years since I’ve played and I’m looking to get back and stringing my own rackets. I’m looking to get my own machine and I’m debating on getting a Tourna CS 350 vs an Eagnas that’s within the same price range. I’ve used an Eagnas in the past, maybe 12 years ago so that’s the reason why it’s in the picture. Any input on why I should get one vs the other? Thank you.

Have a Tourna 350-CS...nothing to complain about and has been a solid machine. Used the crank/lockout only a couple of times and it works fine, was spot-on as far as calibration out of the box but had a Wise 2086 v14 waiting for it so mounted/use it. Mounted 3" swivel/locking casters to move it around (depending on your height you may want to go with 2" swivel/locking casters, regarding the lowest position possible for the turntable sitting and locking down in the throat of the machine).

Never strung on any Eagnas so can't comment regarding their similiar machine.

Anybody get casters for their Tourna 350-CS? Would like to be able to move it around.

I'll have to get back with you as to exactly which 3" and 2" sets of swivel/locking casters I bought for my 350-CS...bought both sets from Amuhzon.

Edit - Had a few min's to look...these are the ones I bought, 3" being the top link/address, 2" the bottom one.

Let me double check on the casters later today when I get home from work. I've not only purchased the above casters (M8x25mm threaded stems) but I've purchased both 2" and 3" casters with 1/2"-13 x1" stem length as well. I can't remember what casters I put on what without popping an end cap off and checking (obviously the 1/2"-13x1" stems are going to be more rigid of a mount than the M8 diameter stems). I do remember I drilled up the bottom holes in the feet where the original feet threaded into (there's not enough wall thickness and thread engagement to even think about holding a threaded stem caster long-term), and ran flat washers and nylon nuts inside the rectangular tubing foot channels.

Popped one of the foot end caps off the base of my 350-CS…I used the 3” locking/swivel casters with the 1/2”-13x1” stem length. Obviously you’ll have to upsize the original threaded hole under each of the four feet to 1/2” if you run what I did. Or whatever diameter stem you choose you’ll have to upsize the hole to that.
