How the process works in this case would be since it's been purchased within a year, you would send it to us. We, in turn, will send it back to the manufacturer where they will examine and make the determination and have final say of whether it will be replaced or not. They will send us back either a replacement racquet, or the same damaged racquet. We, in turn will send you back whichever racquet they send back to us. This process usually takes approximately 6 weeks.
I must say, the fact that your racquet slipped out of your hand and broke upon impact with the ground, most likely won't be approved for replacement, as it is not a manufacturer defect which caused the breakage. But once again, it would be the manufacturer that would be making that decision.
