Two Double Faults in Third Set Tie-Breaker. How Common for Federer?

In watching the third and final set tie-breaker between Delpo and Federer last Sunday, I thought I was seeing something very unusual. Two double faults by Federer in the tie-breaker. Does anyone know when was the last time, before last Sunday, Federer served two double faults in a tie-break?

Dont know about tie breaks... Last time i remember was vs Raonic at W16, but wasnt a TB. He was up 40-0 then served 2DFs and lost the game. Dont think It has happened very often...

Pretty sure he double faulted twice in the match tiebreak against Kyrgios at the Laver Cup

No idea but I think his deciding set tiebreak record in finals is abysmal.
