Upper arm pain (not elbow)

I have a nagging problem with my upper arm. The bone under the triceps muscle and the triceps muscle itself is getting microtears and bone pain (at least feels to me it is the bone) after hitting with certain stiffer racquets but sometimes it can happen even with a softer racquet. The injury goes away usually after a few days of rest. The most damage is done when I serve, I think it is due to the the vibrations travelling and concentrating into that part of my arm. On the serve I also can hurt my biceps. Later if I try to flex my right upper arm, I feel the muscle and bone pain. Also if I push my finger into the triceps area, I can feel the muscle, very similar muscle pain that you get after lifting heavy weights and you get the delayed muscle soreness.
What is the reason behind it? Anyone else has that part of their body as a weak spot? Anything that can be done about it besides the usual advice of lower tension, softer racquet, going multifilament or nat gut/syn gut? I feel the problem is the most prevelant with the Pure Aero style racquet (light + stiff). Stiff but very heavy racquets like Pure Strike Tour seems to hurt my arm a lot less interestingly. I would love to keep playing with poly strings.

Biceps tendinosis

I had this and ignored it. Ended up tearing my rotator cuff.

Guessing you're stringing a full bed of poly at 50+?
