Hi all,
Recently for the past 2 months, when ever i played tennis, i get a pain near the elbow, on outside of the arm, on the upper arm section. The pain comes especially on service. This pain usually comes on after 30mins-60mins of play. The soreness lasts about 48 hours.
I have googled around, and found that tennis elbow occurs nearer to the lower arm. As such i do not have symptoms like :
"pain usually gets worse when you bend your wrist backward, turn your palm upward, or hold something with a stiff wrist or straightened elbow. Grasping items also makes the pain worst"
Is this tennis elbow or something else like golfer's elbow?
Thanks and hope to find an answer and a cure.
