Weight in the tail

Just curious, what is yours choice to tail weight racquet, leather or lead....
I have switched to the Radical Ig Pro and will try it this week for the first time. I found from the "shadow swinging" that I will need to tail weight it because it is to HH for my preference.
I have bought two of them and already one has leather grip, other is stock so that I can try it without any weight .....stock grip is 14g and leather 22g. If that suits me I am thinking of installing to other one leather or lead....

A leather grip would be the best way IMO since you can easily switch it out if you don't like it. But some people don't like the hard feel of leather. Another way is you can use Blue-tac or tungsten putty and stuff it inside the grip. I don't like the idea of using lead tape under the grip because it could expose you to lead.

I've used leather grips on my Blades, but on others I've used Blue tack and then shoved a fishing weight in it so it wouldn't rattle.

Silicone. Personally I use acrylic sealant, which is easier to remove if I wanna change a bit later.

Do you like the feel of leather? Thats the question.

I always use an overgrip so I never feel the leather. I guess that it doesn't really matter on what's under the overgrip - but the racquets that I buy always seem to come with leather.

With leather from my POV it gives maybe little bit of harder feeling when striking the ball. I can say that I don't like it but maybe little bit more of preference to soft stock grip. It is raining so there will be no testing today :( one thing is for sure, Rad IG pro needs some weight in the handle.

I have a prince pro and a babo aero storm tail weighted. Both have leather and over grips, well the babo actually has a synthetic prince grip over the leather since it is an L3 vs the princes L4. The babo is 9 pts HL at 345g and the prince is 10 pts HL at 350g. The prince feels slightly faster.
