What’s the best control string in the mains you’ve used?

Before any says kevlar, I’ve tried it, I’ve prestretched for a day on a stringer, pulled the string multiple times and after playing 4 times the thing is super loose.

Bab RPM Team or Lux 4G in the thickest diameter you can use. Kevlar also works if manually prestretched to at least 8-9” per 20’ section. Machine prestretch of Kevlar does nothing as it is less than 2” per 20’ section. These are the stiffest strings I have used; very hard to hit long.

Strings designed for spin work well but have short duration. Once tension is lost, they begin to spray.
