What is going on at Tennis Warehouse?

I ordered strings 3 days ago and so far I haven’t even gotten a conformation email. I tried calling for 2 days and no one answers the phone, The live chat is a joke. The money is already gone from my account.

Interesting, I ordered some shoes last Friday and yet to have seen a ship notice, must be very short on help. Not in any big rush though, so no big deal.
