Surely in all the millions of ATP sets played so far, there must have been at least one where a player hit aces on all his serves and smashed winners on all his returns...
Of course but so has every other pro, they just don't whine it about as much and/or are the media darling. Personally, I fail to see a player who's the oldest YEC #1, has been winning slams for 15 year and is always fit as a fiddle for his best part of the season as especially injury prone but hey, maybe that's just me.
