What Is YOUR Shoe Rotation?

I am just your average high school tennis player
one who ruins shoes every 3-6 months
i have a shoe rotation... well somewhat
but because lack of funding (my parents) i dont get shoes
or earn shoes that often

This was my rotation for the past 2 years or so

started with the Barricade V in the off season
i bought it so that i can refund it when the season began
after the season i bought some kind of nike's (dont remember)
and i grinded those quick...

the next year i had head prestige (shoe) and i grinded those in the off season and i ordered nike Vapor VI's on sale and now i have 2 barricades V headed my way
i plan on using the barricades on the off season (heavy shoes)
and use vapor as match shoes so i feel light

I don't have a shoe rotation. I'm generally very light on my shoes and I don't toe drag. I haven't wore through a shoe before, but i have gotten to the white midsole. I started off with some NB tennis shoes from sports authority. NB 501s or something. Then i got a pair of BVs. Then i got a pair of T20s. Then i got another pair of BVs. And that is all. o.o

I have a pair of red/black vapor 6's as more of a performance and match oriented shoe and then I have a pair of white/spark green/varsity purple courtbalistec 1.3's to use for practicing

I get a pair that fits me well (Yonex at the moment) and I make certain that I have it available for matches. I'm willing to tolerate less of a good fit on shoes that are inexpensive and I use for practice.

I normally have three good (still have traction) pairs at any time.

I don't like to pay too much for shoes, but fit is the key factor for me. If you know you play a lot and the shoe fits well, it really makes sense to buy a shoe with a warranty and then use it. I keep my receipts in a file for this reason.

i only wear one shoe at a time but from beginning of 09 till end of 09 heres what shoes ive had

ballistec 1.3 white/black/yellow

I mainly use my 1.3s for practice, Vapor VIs for match play, and my PPIIs for match backups. The PPIIs were my main match shoe...Barricades I don't really use anymore. I just added a pair of CB2.3s tonight and can't wait to see if they have a good weight to cushion ratio, they look promising.

just ordered them from TW. Stopeed in at a couple of the brick and mortars, including Avanti, and none of them expected them any earlier than mid-January...including Nike Town.

I selected overnight shipping so I should have them by Tuesday given the Holiday.

I have a pair of Propulse II and Team All Court IV. I've been wearing the PP2's more lately. I got to the white foam already. I'm going to keep hitting with those until I feel I should change. I usually rotate them every hit. I just alternate from whatever shoe I wore last.

lol niketown people didn't know anything about tennis when i asked them about the cb 1.3s last year

and dang that sucks im gonna try and get the cages tonight

I don't have a rotation as such.

I went through a pair of Cage's (clay) and 2 pairs of CB1.3's during the year, 1 on clay (pink/grey) and 1 for indoor carpet (yellow/black).

Just got the CB2.3 in grey/white Clay version. Will use over the weekend. Then will likely get the RG versions and then Hard-Court version for carpet season.

Don't like the Uni-Tongue a great deal but prefer the added stability of the CB's over the Adidas Feather that I used to wear (which I am sure the 2k10's will be similar too).
