What's the tally of mandatory masters?

Which players have won the highest numbers of the mandatory masters titles? That is, excluding Monte Carlo since 2009 (?) I think, when it lost mandatory status. Correct me if I'm wrong on that one.

Anyways, I'm just merely wondering, seeing as Novak, Rafa and Fed have to be rather close in this for the moment (Novak will pull away of course).
