Are tennis forums like this and it’s level of interest and content a reflection of where the game is and the level of interest in tennis generally.
The forum has changed over the years, we now have a pB section ( Are there forums dedicated only on pb and how are they tracking )
I also think that the tennis racquet environment has changed as well. The racquets are very expensive right now so testing out and buying different brands and models is harder.
Originally when I first joined up to the forum was because I was interested in tennis racquets and the equipment in general.
These days I’m more interested in discussing the state of tennis and how we can improve its participation levels, the marketing and the facilities.
I think that Tennis devotees need to keep an idea of how tennis is going in the wider jungle of sport , recreation and past times. Tennis will always have competition from other sports.

This thread has me feeling all nostalgic. Winter in Illinois was long so I spent a lot of time here.
What was the reason for member Kiteboard’s ban? I loved his posts and visioned him like a Dragon Ball Z tennis guru. I feel like he spammed his ideas which may have led to the banning. When I hit I still think about him and the human pendulum.
