Where is Uniqlo selling this gear?

They will probably be selling it as soon as it hits their online shops (supposedly on 17.01) or at least the vast majority of it. I expect that the dark blue top, white top and lilac shorts are there, as well as the hat, T-shirt, wristbands and very limited number of socks. Unsure about shorts in other colours. Almost sure that there won't be a jacket to go with the collection, if the trend until now is followed.

Interestingly enough in the Australian online shop there are no lilac shorts, just the white ones.

EDIT: They are there, just not at an obvious place.

Maybe for some it will be interesting to know that there are polos from the same material and in the same colours as Federer's crews: both dark blue with white and lilac stripes and white with dark blue and lilac stripes, and since Federer is not endorsing them they are half the price of his crews.

"We"? You work for Uniqlo ?
Uniqlo is global. Lot of these clothes are probably shipped out from Japan and U.S.

They don't do international shipping and that is not limited to them as a company. Most brand shops won't ship abroad, if they have dedicated online presence in the country where the customer is. It is a regulated market, regardless of how much we talk about free trade, and it applies to pretty much everything. Even if they do, they offer only cost prohibitive solutions for delivery. There are shops like TW that work with many producers that will do it, but that is their niche, it doesn't apply to shops of the brands themselves. There may be exceptions, but the general situation is that.

The shirt and hat were available in Uniqlo US website last year. Hat in white and black and the same with shirt in white and black. The hat was on sale for $9.90 and the shirt was also on sale for $14.90. I bought ten hat and 10 shirts as Christmas gift for my work colleagues and my kids school teachers.

Any other Canadians having the same problem or were you able to purchase from the Canadian Uniqlo website?

Now says everything is gone on USA site. I got an email confirmation so hopefully it’s all good. No way everything is really sold out.

I see everything available on their website in all sizes. What's the consensus if you wear M in Nike or Adidas should you order M or L in Uniqlo?

Left for my commute at 650am PT- site wasn't live yet. On the train, I saw it was then live. Punched up and ordered one pair of socks, and got a confirmation from them. All socks now gone. Amazing.

Just left Chicago Magnificent Mile store, kit colors look great together in person. Plenty of socks in store. Kei shirts are nice, but his shorts are whack.

Nothing much I own a few of the Nole and Kei models, they are just the cheapest uniqlo item, so people on low budgets can also be like Roger

More like, they are quality socks for playing tennis (one of the best) with interesting details that lack elsewhere. The said details also complete the outfits when one buys them. I am sure that there are people like you mention though. I can think of at least one example on this site.

What's the big deal about the socks?
Generally, the Uniqlo tennis socks are some of the best, most durable and fairly priced on the market.
Too bad they do not have an equivalent without signs in their standard portfolio, just like sometimes they have tops and jackets....

Personally I avoid wearing socks with logos, especially ones that match my tennis clothing; same would apply to headbands and wristbands if I wore them. I'm a bit too old to obsess over completing outfits, and it seems gratuitous without sponsorship.

Got my RF Shirt and shorts in the mail today. The shirt is nothing like what he's wearing in matches. Wonder why uniqlo did this. I remember Nike doing this back in the day but eventually started selling actual RF clothing.
