When Tsitsipas breakthrough in 2019 i saw lot of people said he was way more talented than Zverev. For Medvedev before his super american summer some poeple said he's not really talented. Even some specialists.
But right now i'm confuse who have the higher ceiling. So i describe how i see them today.

Zverev
Force : Serve, BH, Mouvement.
Decent: FH, Return.
Not so good: Second Serve, Volley( he improve)

Tsitsipas
Force: Serve, FH, Mouvement, Volley (If you compare to today standards)
Decent: BH.
Not so good: Return, BH return.

Medvedev
Force: Return, Serve, Mouvement, BH.
Decent: FH
Not so good: Volley , agressive tennis.

Medvedev seem to have more balance between the return and the serve it's interesting. But it's weird to say to myself Medvedev is more talented than Zverev and Stefanos. Perhaps we need to see them in their prime.

Zverev has the top potential. Medvedev is the most consistent right now, that's why he often finds ways to win. Tsitsipas though is inbetween the two where he has more talent than Medvedev, and is more consistent than Zverev. Any of the 3 could be the first to win a major. I'd have to say it's Zverev who is the most talented.

So far I'm honestly most impressed by Tsistipas' game. He does need to improve his ROS though, but his game is very strong mechanically.

Medvedev's game is so strange that it's truly hard to rate, he's easily the strongest mentally among any player under-30 though.

Zverev kinda seems like a more fit version of Nalbandian but I feel like his game can be exposed quite easily if he isn't zoning on his serve.

As you said though, these guys are still very young and early on in their careers so their games will likely develop more overtime.

I'm going with Tsitsipas. He's the only one of the three who can actually volley and his movement laterally is superb. He's got good anticipation and good hands. Of the three, Med will probably end up having the most accomplished career, but Tsitsipas is the most naturally gifted.

Zverev is probably the most gifted of the 3. Guy has Isner’s serve and prime Djokovic’s movement.

The 3 of them is like a game of rock-paper-scissors. They all have equally glaring holes in their games imo. So it's just a matter of which skills you deem more valuable.

Put all 3 together and you'd have 1 great player.

Or you might end up with a player with Zed’s second serve, Med’s clay court skills and Steve’s BH return of serve.

They are all talented enough to be in the Top 10 for a while and win a few Slams. But, I’m not sure if any of them can win more than five Slams. If I had to bet on one of them, I would probably bet on Zverev as his weakness is only his second serve which of course drags down his overall confidence - but, it can be fixed faster by a good coach.

Tsitsipas has more issues with his BH under pressure, BH returns, falling away on his serve etc. - plus, one wonders from his social media musings on what really drives him in life. Medvedev has more unconventional strokes and ranks in the bottom 10% of the top 100 on topspin - it’s hard for me to imagine he can be a consistent force on slow surfaces that dominate the first half of each calendar year with flat shots.

Tsit looks the most naturally athletic, Z has the easiest power and Med has the best mental game / tactics. They're all big guys who all move very well. I simply don't know how to project them, and pretty much agree with all the prior analyses.
Happy holidays!

Tsitsipas has the most variety and best attacking game. He has the highest ceiling IMO. Zverev is quite talented but a little too one-dimensional compared to Stef, and Medvedev crumbles against anyone with variety.

Needs huge improvement if he wants to win slams.

I'm still not sure about that. Med's game is good enough to win in this transition era but it has some major weaknesses and crumbles against anyone with variety who doesn't give him rhythm (hence why I think Tsitsipas has the potential to reverse their H2H with the right mindset).
